30-day preview
Active Parenting Publishers offers a 100%
unconditional guarantee. If at the end of the 30-day preview
period you're not completely satisfied, just return the materials
for a credit or complete refund. You pay only the return shipping
charges.
Materials must be in good condition upon return. Please return
previews by a trackable methodUPS or USPS signed receipt.

Training
Guarantee
We are convinced you'll leave your training workshop feeling
confident and energized. If you are not satisfied for any reason,
let us know and we'll refund your fee. See below for terms of
this guarantee:
- LTW /TOT (live classes):
If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 30
days of your training date and we'll refund your registration
fee.
- Online training:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 30
days of your class start date and before printing your
Certificate of Completion for a full refund of your registration
fee. Books must be returned in clean, resellable condititon,
or $44.90 will be deducted from your refund.

Training
Cancellation Policy
Can't make the training? Here are the policies if you need to
cancel after registering.
- LTW: If
you cancel at least 15 business days prior to the LTW, all but
$25 will be refunded. Otherwise, a credit will be issued for
future Active Parenting training or materials (less a $25 cancellation
fee). Dates and locations are subject to change.
- TOT: If
you cancel at least 15 days prior to the TOT, all but $100 will
be reunded. Otherwise, a credit will be issued for future Active
Parenting rraining or materials (less a $100 cancellation fee).

- Online training:
If you must cancel, let us know within 30 days of your class
start date and before printing your Certificate of Completion
for a full refund of your registration fee. Books must be returned
in clean, resellable condititon, or $44.90 will be deducted from
your refund.

Need to change your start date? You may change your
Online Leader Training start date free of charge up until the
original start date. If you decide after your class has begun
that you wish to switch to another class, there will be a $49
change fee.
Need more time? You will have 60 days to complete your
Online Training class. If you need more time, a "reactivation
fee" of $49 will grant you another 60 days.
Need a refresher? Once you have completed and Online Training
class, you may take the same Online Training class again at any
time for $49.

Shipping
& handling charges
Delivery time:
Please allow 8 working days for normal delivery. Overnight and
two-day air are available at an additional chargeplease
specify in the comments field as you check out.
Fees - continental United States:
A 10% shipping & handling fee will apply to products except
training; $6.95 minimum. Unless otherwise requested, all orders
are shipped via UPS Ground to street addresses within the continental
United States. Shipping via UPS overnight or 2-Day Air is available
within the continental United States at an extra charge, which
is the actual cost of shipping plus a 7.5% handling fee. Rush
processing of your order will incur a $15 additional fee; please
mention "rush" in the comments field when checking
out, and call 800-825-0060 x1 to confirm.
Fees - Alaska, Hawaii, territories and international:
For destinations outside the continental United States, actual
shipping is charged using 2-day air unless specified, plus a
5% handling fee. If you would like an estimate of the shipping
charges before completing your order, please send an e-mail to
cservice@activeparenting.com
or call 770-429-0565 and press 1 for Customer Service.
Shipping to APO/FPO:
Shipping to military addresses is via United States Postal Service
Parcel Post. Priority Mail available for an extra charge.

to change without notice. Individuals must pre-pay. Organizations
must establish credit before they can be billed. Click

Payment by wire transfer will be charged a $20 processing
fee.

on the mailing label including name, address, and VIP Code. You
