You will learn how to present the concepts, how to guide parent
discussions, and how to run the experiential activities. You
will also receive your own copy of the Leader's
Guide and the Parent's
Guide to make notes at no extra charge. (2.7 CEUs)

When does my class start? Classes begin monthly. After your registration, we will send
your unique enrollment code(s) for Part 1 and/or Part 2 within
two business days. You can begin Part 1 right away. Part 2 will
be made available on the first Monday of your selected month. We will ship
the books for Part 2, which will take approximately 5-7 business
days to arrive. (Note: you must complete your OLTW within 60 days of registration or a reactivation fee of $49 will be required to gain another 60 days of enrollment.)

How to become
a "certified" leader: Once you’ve completed Part 2 of the OLTW,
you can become an Active Parenting certified leader by holding
your first complete Active Parenting Now class and sending us the
evaluations from your class, along with your self-evaluation.
When all steps are complete, we will certify you as an Active

Of course, you may continue to hold parenting
classes even if you choose not to become certified.
Earn Continuing Education
Units (CEUs) Active Parenting Publishers is recognized
by the National Board
of Certified Counselors to offer continuing education units
for National Certified Counselors. We adhere to NBCC continuing
education guidelines. Many other professional organizations also
accept NBCC's CEUs. Please contact your state licensing board
for qualification guidelines.
