Active Parenting 4th Edition

This questionnaire contains three scales: Parent Observation of Child Behavior, Parent Attitudes and Beliefs, and Parent Behavior. Together, they can be used to provide proof of your program’s effectiveness. (Since Active Parenting 4th Edition is a revision of Active Parenting Now, the tests apply to both programs.)

Active Parenting: First Five Years

This 55-question survey can be used to provide proof of effectiveness of the Active Parenting: First Five Years program with your groups. Since First Five Years is a revision of the 1, 2, 3, 4 Parents! program, the survey can be used to evaluate both programs.

Paternidad activa: Los primeros cinco años

This 55-question survey can be used to provide proof of effectiveness of the Paternidad activa: Los primeros cinco años program with your groups. These materials may be used to evaluate the ¡1, 2, 3, 4 Padres! program as well.

Active Parenting of Teens

This questionnaire and scoring key for measuring behavior can be used to provide proof of the effectiveness of your Active Parenting of Teens parenting classes.

Cooperative Coparenting through Separation or Divorce

Have parents take the Cooperative Coparenting through Separation or Divorce (CoCo) survey before taking the course and then again after the eighth and final session and compare the results to see whether parents have improved during the course. Use the “Interpreting your CoCo SurveyResults” instruction sheet to measure the results.

Active Parenting for Stepfamilies

This questionnaire and scoring key for measuring attitudes and behaviors related to stepfamily living can be used to provide proof of the effectiveness of your Active Parenting of Stepfamilies (six sessions) parenting program.

Christian Active Parenting

This questionnaire contains three scales: Parent Observation of Child Behavior, Parent Attitudes and Beliefs, and Parent Behavior. Together, they can be used to provide proof of your program’s effectiveness. (Since Christian Active Parenting is based on Active Parenting 4th Ed., the tests apply to both programs.)

Padres Activos de Hoy

Padres Activos de Hoy (Active Parenting Today) is the 1999 edition of our parenting program for ages 5 through 12. It was replaced in 2015 by a new edition. If you are still using Padres Activos de Hoy, this Spanish-language questionnaire and scoring key for measuring behavior can be used to provide proof of the effectiveness.
