Active Parenting Publishers offers a 100% unconditional guarantee. If at the end of the 30-day preview period you're not completely satisfied, just return the materials for a credit or complete refund. You pay only the return shipping charges.

Shipping & handling charges
Delivery time:
Please allow 8 working days for normal delivery. Overnight and two-day air are available at an additional charge—please specify this in the comments field as you check out.

Fees, continental United States:
A 10% shipping & handling fee will apply to products; $6.95 minimum. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground to street addresses within the continental United States. You may enter special shipping requests in the message area of the checkout screen.

Fees, International:
For destinations outside the continental United States, a 5% handling fee plus applicable shipping charges will apply. A customer service representative will provide shipping options for your area prior to order fulfillment. Shipping to APO/FPO:
Shipping to military addresses is via United States Postal Service Parcel Post. Priority Mail available for an extra charge.

You don't need to use a pre-printed form to order from Active Parenting, but if you want one, see page 28 of your catalog or download an order form here.

Payments by wire transfer will incur a $20 handling fee.
