How To Use The Promo Pieces In Your Program Kit

Active Parenting Publishers has included two important pieces in the Active Parenting Now in 3 program kit to help you promote your workshop:

The two large Active Parenting Now in 3 Posters are designed to be displayed where your target audience can see and respond to them—be sure to have registration forms nearby! Don't forget to insert the location, date, time, and a contact phone number. (Extra posters can be ordered online at activeparenting.com.)

The smaller Active Parenting Now in 3 Flyer describes the program and the benefits of participating. It is ideal for posting on community bulletin boards in banks, grocery stores, fast food restaurants and other community gathering places. It can also be given to PTA presidents, local church/synagogue leaders, civic group leaders and others who work with families along with a request that they announce the upcoming parenting classes to their respective groups. Again, be sure to print the location, date, time, and a contact phone number on each flyer. (Extra flyers can be ordered online at activeparenting.com.)

The sponsoring organization may also want to send a letter to its members encouraging workshop attendance. Attaching an Active Parenting Now in 3 Flyer and a registration form can help reinforce the benefits of the program and make it easy for parents to sign up.
