PROMOTING YOUR PROGRAM WITH A PHOTO

Chances for your press release appearing in the newspaper will improve if you send a photo along with your press release. Ideas for photos include:

Be sure to take photos of your Families In Action group for future promotions! Take "action" shots and group shots.

If the newspaper contact is not able to attend one of your Families In Action sessions, send a post-program press release. Be sure to include a quote from one of your Families In Actionparticipants and enclose a candid black-and-white photograph of the participants during one of the sessions.
