These affecting
videos by Academy Award-winning producer Donna Dewey (CHIEFS)
drive home the message of the destructive force of violence by
letting us hear straight from young men who have lived violent
lives.
In the first two videos, African-American gang members speak openly
about their lives. By interviewing the same young men eight years
apart, the videos make clear the tragic long-term consequences
of violence and paternal neglect.
