Our Guarantee/Free 30-day preview

Active Parenting Publishers offers a 100% unconditional guarantee. If at the end of the 30-day preview period you’re not completely satisfied, just return the materials for a credit or complete refund. You pay only the return shipping charges. (Please see below for training and online product guarantees.)

Training Guarantee

We are convinced you’ll leave your training workshop feeling informed and energized. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we’ll refund your fee. See below for terms of this guarantee:

  • LTW / Webinar LTW / TOT (Live classes, including webinars): If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 3 business days of your training date and we’ll refund your registration fee. Books, materials, and certificate must be returned in clean, resellable condition, or $44.90 ($75 for TOT) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Online training: If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 3 business days of your initial log-in date and before printing your Certificate of Completion for a full refund of your registration fee.

Training Cancellation Policy

Can’t make the training? Here are the policies if you need to cancel after registering:

  • “Live”, face-to-face LTW: If you cancel at least 15 business days prior to the LTW, all but $25 will be refunded. Otherwise, a credit will be issued for future Active Parenting training or materials (less a $25 cancellation fee). Dates and locations are subject to change.
  • Webinar LTW: If you cancel at least 3 business days prior to the LTW, all but $25 will be refunded. Otherwise, a credit will be issued for future Active Parenting training or materials (less a $25 cancellation fee). Books must be returned in clean, resellable condition, or $44.90 will be deducted from your refund. Dates and times are subject to change.
  • TOT: If you cancel at least 15 days prior to the TOT, all but $100 will be refunded. Otherwise, a credit will be issued for future Active Parenting training or materials (less a $100 cancellation fee). Dates and locations are subject to change.
  • Online training: If you must cancel, let us know within 3 business days of your initial log-in date and before printing your Certificate of Completion for a full refund of your registration fee.

Need more time for your OLTW? You will have 60 days to complete your Online Leader Training class. If you need more time, a reactivation fee of $49 will grant you another 60 days.

Need an OLTW refresher? Once you have completed an Online Leader Training class, you may take the same Online Training class again at any time for $49.

Online Parenting Classes Guarantee

Active Parenting offers a 100% unconditional guarantee. If you find that your online parenting class does not meet your expectations, let us know before printing or requesting your Certificate of Completion and within 75 days of your registration and we’ll refund your registration fee. (No refunds after certificate is printed or requested.)

Shipping & Handling Charges

Delivery time

Please allow 10 business days for normal delivery. Overnight and two-day air are available at an additional charge—please specify in the comments field as you check out, and call 800-825-0060 x2 to confirm. Rush shipments must be completed before 3:00pm Eastern Time.

Fees – continental United States

A 10% shipping & handling fee will apply to products except training and electronic downloads; $6.95 minimum. Shipping via UPS overnight or 2-Day Air is available within the continental United States at an extra charge, which is the actual cost of shipping plus a 7.5% handling fee. Same-day processing of your order will incur a $15 additional fee; please mention “rush” in the comments field when checking out, and call 800-825-0060 x2 to confirm.

Fees – Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and US territories

For U.S. shipping destinations outside the continental United States,  a 15% shipping & handling fee will apply to all products except training and electronic downloads; $15 minimum. Same-day processing of your order will incur a $15 additional fee; please mention “rush” in the comments field when checking out, and call 800-825-0060 x2 to confirm.

Fees- International

For shipping destinations outside the United States, a 25% shipping & handling fee will apply to all products except training and electronic downloads; $40 minimum. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Note: orders to Canada should be placed via Active Parenting Canada (www.activeparentingcanada.ca).

Payment by wire transfer will be charged a $35 processing fee.
